Her Significant Other

“My significant other has died!”
she cried
falling into my arms
sobbing uncontrollably
“Now, we’ll never be together”

“Wasn’t it just your cellphone”, I asked?

“Just, Just”, she cried
“You’ll never understand, what we shared together!”
